The TISGraph server requires a Java SE 1.7 8 JRE (JDK is not needed).

For Linux installations the distributor's OpenJDK packages should satisfy (see http://openjdk.java.net/install/), for Windows packages please go tohttp://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads.We  we recommend to set JAVA_HOME as global environment variable, via /etc/profile.d/java-env.sh respectively Windows' control center.

Under Windows download JRE8 from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html and execute the jre-8uxx-windows-x64.exe installer.

Browser Requirements

The basic administration of our OSGi based server products can be performed with any Web 2.0 browser: IE8+, FF 10+, Chrome, Safari.

To actually use the products on a daily basis, a rather recent browser is required (TISGraph) or highly recommended (MDA, INFEX, others): Firefox 1738+, IE 911+, Google Chrome.

For enterprise networks we recommend to install and use either Firefox' Extended Support Release (download), Chrome (system wide package variant), or IE 911+.
