Reminder on how Starting and Stopping the Karaf service

In Windows, the installer creates a system service Karaf.

In Linux the apache-karaf-server packages package comes with an init.d script /etc/init.d/apache-karaf. The script has the appropriate headers for use by sysv or upstart based init toolchains.In Windows, the installer creates a system service Karaf.

In both cases the service is configured to start automatically in case of a server restart.
